Neons Nest Return Policy

Neons Nest prioritizes customer satisfaction. That’s why we offer exchanges and refunds in case of defective items. Please contact us within a week of getting your package to avail this policy. The final discretion by Neons Nest might include a repair, replacement, full refund, or store credit. However, this depends entirely on the extent of damage at the manufacturer’s end. 

Neons Nest Warranty

Neons Nest offers a 12-month warranty to cover damaged components of the signage. Please note that fixing broken signage will depend on where the problem originated and be decided by Neons Nest and the buyer. 

Warranty Coverage for Hard-Wired and Installed Signage

Neons Nest is not responsible for covering the cost of installing and uninstalling the signage. However, in an unfortunate case, if your sign arrived broken or the appropriate hardware was missing from the package, contact our customer care service immediately and send us pictures of the items as proof. Please note that if you damage your sign during the installation process, then Neons Nest bears no responsibility in that regard. 

Neons Nest Returns Procedure

Contact us at solutions@neonsnest.com to get in touch with our customer care service and state your reason for returning the product. In case of a damaged product, attach pictures and videos accordingly. Note that we need this visual proof for evaluation purposes only. Once you provide all the required information and the issue is confirmed, we will begin the return procedure.

• In the case of a return agreement, you have to return the faulty product along with all items received originally in the package. 

• In the case of a return agreement, the faulty product has to be returned for evaluation within 2 weeks of receiving the product.

• Neons Nest will ship the new product as soon as possible in case of a replacement agreement. 

• If a refund has been agreed upon, Neons Nest will guide you through the whole procedure after refund confirmation. 

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking ID

After the shipment of your product, Neons Nest will send you a confirmation email and a tracking ID. Please note that the tracking ID will be accessible within 24 hours.
