To enjoy the best of our services, you must provide current, complete, and accurate account & transaction information. For confirmation of your order and to process your transaction smoothly, kindly make sure to provide updated email and other contact information. 

Accurate Personal Information

In order to avail our services without any halt, provide accurate and authentic personal credentials. The submission of personal information through the store is governed by our privacy policy. 

Design Service

Neons Nest provides a free mockup for you to visualize your customized signs before you make the purchase. If you wish to make any amendments to your design, you must inform us before the sign goes to production. Once the sign is approved and given the go signal for production, we can no longer offer any refund or compensation.

Damage During Shipment

Upon the arrival of your package, please open it to make sure that there’s no damage, and no items are missing from the parcel. In any unfortunate case, if your sign arrived damaged or the package was missing some items, Neons Nest will provide reasonable compensation accordingly. Please make sure to report such incidents within 2 weeks of receiving your parcel. Contact our customer care service right away and attach images and videos of broken products as proof for evaluation. 

Additional Tools

We might give you access to third-party tools we don't monitor, control, or have any say in.

You understand and accept that we provide these tools accessible "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees, assurances, or conditions.
