After the order date, your sign will be shipped to your door in 5-7 days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please be advised that upon shipment, the courier company will need your signature for delivery proof.
All custom orders are final and can’t be cancelled once confirmed.
There are also options for expedited orders. It takes no less than ten (10) business days to process and finish rush orders. Additional charges will apply.
Delivering only the finest in terms of quality, design, and craftsmanship is our personal mission at Neons Nest. Before we allow it to be shipped, your personalised new neon sign is subject to a final examination and inspections at every stage of manufacturing. Transit damage is possible, albeit uncommon. Make careful to adhere to the following instructions:
If there are any defects or problems, please check your item as soon as you receive it and let us know within 48 hours. Please snap pictures of the defective item and the packaging and send them to our team so they may be reviewed. Kindly save all package materials. Our staff will contact you as soon as the next steps are known.
